1. Create a new database naming it differently then the original.\u00a0 (No worries you can rename it later.)<\/p>\n
2. Uncheck Track name AutoCorrect info <\/strong>under File <\/strong>> Options <\/strong>> Current<\/strong> Database<\/strong>, as well as,\u00a0any other options you don’t want.<\/p>\n 3. Go to the External Data <\/strong>tab and select Access <\/strong> under Import<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 4. In the\u00a0Get External Data – Access Database<\/strong> window\u00a0select Browse <\/strong>and navigate to the old file.<\/p>\n 5. Then on the Table <\/strong>tab select only the tables that do not start with MSys*, if showing.\u00a0 (If not showing\u00a0on the right click Select All.)\u00a0\u00a0Then select the balance of the tabs and where you find objects in the left pane click the Select All <\/strong>button on the right.<\/p>\n 6. Then select OK <\/strong>and wait until done.<\/p>\n You now have your new database.\u00a0 You will need to set up your Start Up Options<\/strong> again, if you have any because those do no come over to the new file.\u00a0 Confirm that your new database works as expected and then you can save the old one as a backup or delete it.\u00a0 Finally, rename your file.<\/p>\n
