A little tired of the stock images that come with Access?\u00a0 You can add your own…<\/p>\n

Step 1<\/strong> – In Design Mode of your Form (if the Property Sheet is not open do so now) click on the Command Button.\u00a0 Then in the Property Sheet select the Ellipse button, the one with the three dots, on the Picture line…<\/p>\n

…and the Picture Builder<\/strong> window will open…<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/strong> – From the Picture Builder<\/strong> window select Browse…<\/strong> and the Insert Picture<\/strong> will open.\u00a0 In the lower right hand corner you will see…<\/p>\n

\"Bitmap\"Where is says Bitmaps (*.bmp)<\/strong> select the drop down and change to All Files (*.*)<\/strong>…<\/p>\n

\"AllFiles\"Step 3<\/strong> – Navigate to the folder where you have the image you want to display on your Command Button and select the image…<\/p>\n

…and select Open<\/strong> from the lower right hand corner.\u00a0 Then select OK<\/strong>…<\/p>\n

And, WA-LAH, your image is on your Command Button!<\/p>\n

Tip:<\/h4>\n

In your Model Database<\/a> create a Form that has all your *mostly used*\u00a0Command Buttons.\u00a0 Then when creating a new database you can easily copy\/paste\u00a0your\u00a0Command Buttons from it to your Forms without going thru the steps above\u00a0for each Command Button AND you have the added plus of setting\u00a0up a Button Legend for the End Users.
