Contact Management
• Log phone messages and send via eMail to Associate. (It is also available when entering follow up in the Activity Log.)
• Customize the Services offered for quick data entry
• Follow-up notes entered from Activity Log are displayed
• Pull Entities already entered in the database
• Double-click to enter time
• Send Open Message based on Associate or Area, i.e. Sales, Shipping or Purchasing
• Select *Phone Type*, i.e. Home, Cell or Business from combo box (to the right of Activity)
• Reports to track all or just open (waiting for a reply) contacts
